I'm not going to tell you about when i discovered this great tool, or necessarily why i like it and so on. I'm actually going to push you into using it :) I mean it, you can't be a serious developer unless you're using it.

  • You want to change the size/color/etc of a certain font and search into 3 stylesheets with 1000 lines each and you can find that damn rule which contains the property
  • You want to get rid of an ugly space somewhere
  • Some block has some absolute position and overlays another block
  • You want to inspect an element to see if it has some sort of margin padding etc.
  • And etc. etc.

Mainly (for me), Firebug is about tracking the css code and to debug a website seeing the actual final (generated code). This tool is about productivity, you want to make things quicker - you should have it; you want to make things better - you should have it; you want to learn more and more - YOU SHOULD HAVE IT.

Trust me i wouldn't make any premium joomla templates if i haven't knew this tool!

Now, Firebug is made for Mozilla Firefox, you can find it here

For those of you who are using different browsers you already have some builtin tools: Chrome / Safari / Opera / Internet Explorer

Instead of making huge tutorials about Firebug here, i will point you some great links so you can easily learn it:

Please subscribe to the my support board here http://support.radiuzz.com  and start a new thread if you need support.

Before posting, try to open the JS Console (hit F12 ) and click on Console. The errors appear in red color. If you can solve the problem on your own it's good, however if you're planning to ask us, try sending a screenshot of the console and a link to your website.

Yes. The theme has been tested with the latest WPML version and everything is working fine. If you want to translate the text set in the theme option pannel for "Archive Page Title" and "Archive Page Subitle" you will need to install WPML string translation plugin.

The shop was created with the powerfull wordpress plugin called WooCommerce. If you do not have this plugin installed, don't worrry, the theme will check for the installation of this plugin and will hide all related shop features if you don't want to use them.

Make your site run faster#back to top

Get a good hosting You may not think that this is important, but if you want your site to display really fast you need to get a good hosting. This is the first step in having a fast site, which also translates into more views, which also translates into a better SEO, which finally translates into more sales. (affiliate links below) There are three hosting companies which we recommend:
  • Media Temple: http://mediatemple.net - if you want a premium WordPress hosting which is easy to manage and works pretty well, this is a good choice to host your website on.
  • A Small Orange: http://asmallorange.com - this is another good hosting company, which i’m currently using to host my theme demos on. If you bought this theme you probably liked the speed as well, so i highly recommend ASO to host your themes on (especially the Cloud VPS option).
  • WPEngine: http://wpengine.com - definitely not as cheap as the two examples above, but if you really want an incredibly fast website and absolutely no headaches in managing it, WPEngine is the way to go. With it you don’t have to worry about security, caching, updates, etc. Everything is handled by a great theme of professionals ready to help you with everything. You just need to care about your content.
Optimize images Always optimize/compress your jpeg images before uploading them to the server. Large images should be compressed at around 90% image quality and you should also try to limit the use of lossless image files (uncompressed pngs). Use a caching plugin I can’t recommend enough the necessitiy go good caching. If you use a managed hosting such as WPEngine you don’t need this. But if you are using ASO or MT or any other hosting you need to cache your content. For this purpose, we recommend W3 Total Cache! It’s a great and easy to use plugin, and with only a bit of work you can double your site’s speed.

SEO Advices#back to top

The theme is built in a way to be SEO friendly, by emphasizing titles with heading tags, having the content before anything else, stripping out useless content, fast loading, setting titles in the header for better crawling, etc.. All these help.. But you have to remember that Content is King! So you shouldn’t blame the theme because your website doesn’t appear in search engines. You should always focus on providing good content and in this way, your website will definitely look great in search engines. Also, you should always install a popular SEO plugin which will make the most of keywords and descriptions.. I suggest using Yoast for SEO.

Support Desk #back to top

Please remember you have purchased a very affordable theme and you have not paid for a full-time web design agency. Occasionally we will help with small tweaks, but these requests will be put on a lower priority due to their nature. Support is also 100% optional and we provide it for your connivence, so please be patient, polite and respectful.

Please visit our profile page or ask question @yourusername

Support for my items includes:
  • * Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features
  • * Fixing bugs and reported issues
  • * Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions
Item support does not include:
  • * Customization and installation services
  • * Support for third party software and plug-ins
Before seeking support, please...
  • * Make sure your question is a valid Theme Issue and not a customization request.
  • * Make sure you have read through the documentation and any related video guides before asking support on how to accomplish a task.
  • * Make sure to double check the theme FAQs.
  • * Try disabling any active plugins to make sure there isn't a conflict with a plugin. And if there is this way you can let us know.
  • * If you have customized your theme and now have an issue, back-track to make sure you didn't make a mistake. If you have made changes and can't find the issue, please provide us with your changelog.
  • * Almost 80% of the time we find that the solution to people's issues can be solved with a simple "Google Search". You might want to try that before seeking support. You might be able to fix the issue yourself much quicker than we can respond to your request.
  • * Make sure to state the name of the theme you are having issues with when requesting support via ThemeForest.
